Myanmar Book list

Myanmar Book List www.onemorestamp.com

This year my husband and I are not going home for Christmas.  We have started to alternate years. One year we go to the States to see my family, the next we go on a holiday abroad, after that we go to Germany for his family, and then a holiday abroad again.  Last year we were in Germany for Christmas.  This year we are going to Myanmar for Christmas. I am so excited!  Traveling in Myanmar is a little dicey ethically so we have been planning this trip for almost a year in the hopes that we are not helping to worsen the situation there.  Hopefully we were successful.

One things that I love to do when I take longer and more adventurous trips like this is to read book set in and about the place.  There is something really cool about reading about a place while you are there.  It enriches the experience because you understand both the book and the country more.  There were a TON of books about Myanmar to choose from which is an awesome problem to have.
